This Privacy Policy explains how Airlift Logistics LLC uses personal data when you visit this website or contact us. Airlift Logistics LLC is a freight forwarder based at M11, Dnata Building, FG4, Dubai Airport Free Zone, Dubai, UAE. - Enquiries: your name, company, email, phone number, and the shipment details you send us.
- Job applications: your details, experience and CV.
- Shipments: sender and receiver contact details, and the information on shipping and customs documents.

How our forms work
Our website forms do not store your details. They prepare a message, and you choose to send it to us by WhatsApp or email. Your message is then also handled under the privacy terms of WhatsApp or your email provider.

- To answer enquiries, prepare quotes and arrange shipments.
- To meet customs, transport, tax and other legal duties.
- To review job applications.
- To keep this website working and secure.
We use your data on the basis of your consent, to perform a contract with you, or to meet a legal duty. We do not sell personal data.
Who we share it with
Moving cargo means sharing some details. We may share what is needed with airlines, shipping lines, truck operators, freight agents, warehouses, insurers, customs brokers and government authorities. We also use service providers for email, messaging and website hosting.
Transfers outside the UAE
International shipments require us to send data to agents, carriers and authorities in other countries. Those countries may have different data protection laws. We share only what is needed for your shipment.

Our contact page shows a Google Map, and Google may set its own cookies when the map loads. Our shipment tracking tool works in your browser and does not send your number to us. Links from it open carrier websites, which have their own policies. If we add analytics or other tracking tools, we will update this policy first.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, including any period required by law for shipping, customs and accounting records. Unsuccessful job applications are deleted when no longer needed.
